Therefore, our customers’ privacy policies and practices govern their collection and use of that personal information, not ours. Under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the United Kingdom equivalent (UK GDPR), our customers act as the data controllers, and we function as the data processors when it comes to handling this personal information. For the purposes of the NZ Privacy Act, we operate as our customers’ agent.

We only process personal information included in Chatter Data and Content as directed by our customers, according to our MSA and any other agreements governing such processing (Customer Agreements).

We require our customers to comply with applicable privacy laws when collecting personal information via our Services and to obtain all necessary consents and approvals for us to handle that personal information as per our Customer Agreements.

Where we receive personal information through our customers’ use of the Services, we will only use it to deliver our Services to them.

Unless otherwise required by law, any requests or inquiries about personal information that is Chatter Data or Content should be directed to the relevant customer, as the data controller.

The rest of this privacy policy does not apply to personal information that is Chatter Data or Content.
